Azur - She. The 2025 edition of the Azur series is a cast and cut sculpture in blue crystal. Azur is cast in a graphite mould at Kosta Glassworks. The mould has an impression of one of Bertil Vallien's characteristic faces that has been blasted. The 2025 series is made in "Vallien blue" as the blue colour has come to be known. "Blue is my favourite colour, but it's not just a colour, blue is a state of mind," as Bertil Vallien says
