Deliveries are usually made within 2-3 business days to UK mainland addresses. Orders are normally dispatched the following working day and delivered between Monday and Friday (exc Bank Holidays). If you require a Saturday delivery service, please get in touch with us for additional information and charges.
If your item(s) are not in stock, we will automatically place it(them on back order and we will notify you with a projected delivery date.
Please note Pyramid – designer glassware & gifts cannot accept responsibility for delays in transit.
RETURNS
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, within 28 days from the date the items have been received.
To qualify for the refund, all products must be returned in new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and in the original packaging in which you received them.
To return the item, please package it carefully and send it to the following address, together with your contact details and order number.

Please also note that we do not cover the cost of return postage and advise that you get a Certificate of Posting as proof of dispatch.
After we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, within five days. If the returned item is not in a resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, our team will contact you.
