In the case of hand-blown and traditionally handmade glass objects, minor deviations in colour and shape may occur, which are unavoidable for manufacturing reasons. Air pockets in the glass are a sign of the handmade manufactured goods and should not be regarded as a defect. There may be deviations of a few centimetres in the size specifications.

SAFETY -When attaching your object, you should make sure that it stands securely and does not wobble or tilt even in wind or shocks. To do this, use the fastening eyelets provided at the factory. Position your object in such a way that it is safe from falling rocks or broken branches. Keep in mind that the objects are very heavy due to their quality and protruding parts (e.g., beaks, eyes, ears, tails, crowns) are not suitable as handles.
UK Mainland Delivery – £5.00
Orders are usually dispatched the next working day and delivered within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
Extended UK Areas – £10.00
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, and the Isle of Man.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be issued within 5 working days to your original payment method. If your return is not in a resalable condition, our team will contact you.
